Position Description: Responsible for driving and contributing to development of human resource (HR) strategies. Partner closely with technology leadership to drive key initiatives such as talent management, organizational design and leadership development to build scalable and high performing teams. Partner with HR team and business leaders in planning for and leveraging human capital, including talent acquisition, onboarding, development, and talent movement. Equip managers and executives with tools and knowledge to effectively manage people plans, including performance management and career management. Develop, organize and facilitate new hire orientation. Coach business leaders on leading and managing organizations effectively through facilitation of individual, team, and leadership interventions. Counsel, and partner with business leaders on areas such as organizational design, organizational development, leadership development, performance management, and change management. Assess business unit's training needs and conduct 1:1 and group training sessions. Plan and design, as well as identify and diagnose issues, in order to drive solutions. Demonstrate analytical capabilities and make data-driven recommendations to business leaders. Analyze data to identify trends and work with business leaders to determine root cause of issues, and develop organizational effectiveness solutions. Partner with business to lead annual and mid-year review processes, focusing on performance management and talent development. Work closely with global HR teams to roll out calendar programs, such as performance management, annual pay increases, and bonus payouts. Provide compensation analysis to client teams including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job re-leveling. Handle complex employee relations issues from end-to-end. Provide consultation at all levels of organization. Ensure compliance with employment laws, and assist in creation of and adherence to policies and procedures. Lead and participate in cross group and companywide projects such as creation of new job families and career paths for Expedias technical employees, development of internal processes and policies, change management, plus recognition and retention programs. Provide project management support and HR expertise to business on specific projects. Deliver on business-critical HR related projects including the launch of new sites.
Requirements: Employer will accept Masters degree in Business, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or related field and 3 years of work experience in job offered or 3 years of work experience in a human resources-related occupation. Experience must include: 1) Workforce planning; 2) Talent management (including talent and skills assessment); 3) Organizational effectiveness; 4) Employee relations; 5) Performance management; 6) Compensation and benefits; 7) Employee coaching, training, and development; 8) Succession planning and Employee Retention; 9) Organizational design and data analysis; 10) Employee recognition and rewards; 11) Employee and executive onboarding; and 12) HR strategy and projects. Experience may be gained concurrently.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
